Any brilliant suggestions on taking the GRE? What is your best advice on taking the test? Have any little tid-bits that are going to help me take it and get a score that will "promise" acceptance into a worthy grad-school?

Ugh. I took that awful thing once. Here's my advice: take your time on the sections that will matter to your major. I worked really hard on the math section, and then THAT was the section I had to do twice! (They have you do one section twice for some sort of testing reason. Only one of them counts for you, but you don't know which.) I totally gave up and rushed through the second math section because I was going for English. I got a horrible math score, but I got into grad school! There's my two cents. (Oh, but I didn't GO to grad school.)
